Owen Photography

I was lucky enough to be a part of this exclusive photo shoot by
Owen Photography.
He (Owen) is a genius.
I mean, look at the composition. :)

I call this one, "My Inner Shark."

He really knew how to get the good poses out of an inexperienced subject such as myself.

Daniel also got in on this rare opportunity.

It's amazing how Owen, as a photographer, can really bring out the real YOU in his pictures.

And artistic shot of Daniel's shoe. I like to call this one,
"Aspiring for Great Things, and an addiction."

Mira (Owen's cousin)...

This one is called, "Hmmmmm."

And this one, "Fish Face."

Can you see the feeling here?

This last masterpiece is my favorite.
I call it "Cherry 7-Up"

Scrap Quilt for AC

This is a quilt I made for a Christmas present for my lovely brother, Adam... or Colter as he goes by now.
I'm not nice enough to make one that would actually fit a bed...so it's a throw size I guess.

I love the red popping out at you...so I put red on the back. Dramatic.

Almost every fabric I've ever used in this one. Not really, but it seems like it.

And here it is in San Francisco on his bed. I like to see it in it's home. :)

More Stripes

Justin's striped room.
His room was too messy to zoom out, so here's just a picture of the stripes on the wall. Justin's favorite color is purple and in an effort to help him like changing to an upstairs room (all the kids have switched rooms for fun) I bought a gallon of that purple paint. Then I sort of chickened out on painting the whole wall/s purple. I came up with this grey, purple, light grey and neutral tan stripe instead. Needless to say, I have a lot of purple paint left over.

I only painted two walls with the stripes. I also left the top part of the wall where it angles up with the vaulted ceiling the neutral color (just like in G and O's room). It looks really good like that. Not too overwhelming with the stripes.

Turns out he really likes his room, even if he is right in the middle of the upstairs.
Phew...

And I probably don't need to mention that he likes guitars...
